Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
The DryMark Restoration Las Vegas Guarantee
We stand behind every water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire cleanup, and reconstruction job we complete in Las Vegas with a guarantee that lives on paper, not in a handshake. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise means if it’s not done right, we make it right - a signed guarantee stamped on every job under The Haven Standard, not a marketing line. Since 2011, Alicia Brennan has built this company around one truth: restoration work that can’t be documented can’t be defended, and guarantees that aren’t written aren’t real. When we leave your home, you hold a written scope, a photo record of every visit, your drying logs, and a signed warranty with our name on it. That’s what “we stand behind our work” means in Las Vegas - you can verify it, show it to your adjuster, and call us on it if anything falls short.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship guarantee: Every repair, replacement, and reconstruction phase is covered for 365 days against defects in our labor - if a seam opens, a match fails, or a finish degrades because of how we did the work, we return and fix it at no charge.
- Parts and materials handling: We document the manufacturer, model, and installation date of every material we install, and we warranty our installation of those materials even when the manufacturer’s own terms differ - our promise covers what we touched, how we touched it, and that it was done to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards.
- Site cleanup and protection: We guarantee that containment barriers stay sealed during mold remediation, that HEPA filtration runs continuously when promised, that sewage cleanup sites are sanitized to clearance-test standards, and that we leave no debris, dust, or equipment behind - documented in the photo record you receive.
- On-time arrival and schedule integrity: For reconstruction and scheduled remediation work, we provide arrival windows in writing and notify you directly if trade coordination or material delivery shifts the schedule - no ghosting, no “we’ll be there sometime Tuesday.”
- Honest pricing with zero scope creep: Haven Standard, Clause 1 requires a written price before any work starts, every time, with no exceptions - the price you approve is the price you pay, even if we find additional damage after opening walls or lifting flooring. We document what changed, why, and what it costs before proceeding, never after.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our work, the make-it-right process starts with a phone call to (702) 483-7932, where a live person answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - no voicemail tree, no next-business-day callback while you’re staring at wet drywall. We return to your Las Vegas property within the timeframe specified in your written warranty, review your documented photo record and drying logs alongside you, and identify whether the issue is workmanship, materials, communication, or an unmet expectation we need to address. Alicia Brennan reviews every satisfaction concern personally; as a former claims adjuster, she built this company specifically around the documentation gap that costs homeowners their claims, and she treats your concern as a failure of that system until proven otherwise. We correct the deficiency, document the correction with new photos and logs, and provide you an amended written record. If we can’t make it right to your satisfaction, we escalate to independent third-party review through our documented IICRC and RIA standards channels. The 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a refund offer - it’s a commitment that we stay accountable for the work long after the fans and dehumidifiers are gone.

AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
Licensing and insurance are the real guarantee behind every written promise we make. Our state-licensed, insured, and bonded status means there’s a regulatory body that verifies our training, a policy that covers your property if something goes wrong, and a bond that protects your deposit on reconstruction work. When we deploy professional-grade drying systems from Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, that equipment is covered under our commercial policy, not yours. When our background-checked, uniformed technicians enter your home, they’re named, verified, and operating under our license and coverage. Alicia Brennan established this structure in 2011 because she had seen too many Las Vegas homeowners lose everything to uninsured contractors who disappeared when the adjuster asked for documentation. Our licensing gives you recourse. Our insurance gives you protection. Our bonding gives you security on large reconstruction projects. The Haven Standard requires all three because a guarantee without backing is just words on a page - and we’ve never believed in that.
The Haven Standard: Your Documentation Guarantee

Every DryMark Restoration Las Vegas job runs under The Haven Standard, a set of written clauses that govern how we work and what you receive. Haven Standard, Clause 1: written price before work begins, always, with no exceptions. Haven Standard, Clause 2: documented photo record on every visit, included as standard, never an upsell. Haven Standard, Clause 3: daily moisture logs and psychrometric data - that’s temperature, relative humidity, and vapor pressure differential readings - producing the documentation that turns restoration invoices into payable insurance claims. Psychrometric data tells the story of how wet your structure was and how we proved it was dry; vapor pressure differential measures the force that moves moisture from wet materials into the air we’re actively drying. We explain these readings in plain language on every log, because a homeowner who understands their drying curve makes better decisions about reconstruction timing and material selection. The Haven Standard also guarantees our Free Second Opinion on any competitor’s written estimate - bring another restoration company’s quote to our Las Vegas office and we’ll review it at no charge, line by line, against what we would document and price for the same scope. Since 2011, we’ve restored over 12,000 homes, every one with a written price before work started and a documented record when the crew left. That consistency is your guarantee.
What We Need From You
A guarantee works both ways. We ask that you notify us within the 365-day window if you suspect an issue - moisture recurrence, odor return, visible settling, or any concern about the work we performed. We ask that you preserve your written scope, photo record, and drying logs, which we also archive but which serve as your fastest reference. And we ask that you allow us access to inspect and correct before engaging another contractor, so we can document the original work condition and any intervening factors. These aren’t obstacles; they’re the same documentation habits that protect your insurance claim and that we extend to protect our guarantee.
Common Questions About Our Guarantee

How long does the 365-Day Done Right Promise last?
It lasts 365 days from the date of job completion, which is stamped on your signed warranty and written scope. Call (702) 483-7932 anytime during that period if you have a concern - our live dispatch operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Does the guarantee cover damage from new water leaks or storms?
No. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers our workmanship and materials installation, not new damage events. If a pipe bursts again or monsoon flooding reoccurs, that’s a new loss requiring a new assessment, new documentation, and typically a new insurance claim. We’ll handle it with the same written-price-first process, but under a separate scope.
What if my insurance company disputes the work?
We built our documentation specifically for this moment. Your photo record, drying logs, and written scope are formatted to adjuster standards because Alicia Brennan started this company after seeing claims denied for lack of documentation. We coordinate directly with your adjuster, provide supplemental documentation on request, and stand behind our work in disputes - our guarantee includes defending our documentation.
Can I transfer the guarantee if I sell my home?
The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to the property address and original contracting party. Transferability depends on the specific work type and timing; call us with your closing date and we’ll advise what’s transferable and what requires a new homeowner assessment.
What’s the difference between your guarantee and manufacturer warranties?
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in their product - a faulty dehumidifier, a bad batch of drywall. Our guarantee covers how we installed, applied, or integrated that product into your home. If a floor we installed buckles because of our subfloor prep, that’s our 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it buckles because the flooring material was defective, we document that, help you pursue the manufacturer’s warranty, and reinstall correctly under a new scope if needed.
