Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Meet the Las Vegas Team Behind DryMark Restoration Las Vegas
Our Las Vegas crew shows up with name tags, moisture meters, and a written scope already in hand. We’re the people who answer when you call (702) 483-7932 at 2 a.m. because water’s still moving through your Summerlin kitchen, or because a mold test came back positive in a Henderson rental before a sale closes. Every person on this page has passed a background check, wears a DryMark uniform, and works under The Haven Standard, Clause 1: written price before work begins, documented photo record on every visit, and a signed 365-Day Done Right Promise when the job is done.
Our People
Alicia Brennan, Owner
I started DryMark Restoration Las Vegas in 2011 after six years as a claims adjuster, watching homeowners lose tens of thousands because restoration crews couldn’t produce the documentation their carriers required. That gap between what happened and what could be proven became the problem this company was built to solve. I still review every drying log before it goes to an adjuster, and I personally sign the 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job we complete. When I’m not on a job site, I’m usually explaining to someone in Las Vegas why our summer heat actually complicates drying, not simplifies it, desert or no desert.
Marcus T., Lead Water Technician
Marcus has been with us since 2017 and holds IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications. He’s the person we send when a water loss has crossed into multiple rooms or when a commercial property in North Las Vegas needs a psychrometric data report, which is the daily temperature, humidity, and moisture-content log that turns restoration invoices into payable insurance claims. Marcus keeps a notebook of every job he’s dried, organized by address, and can tell you the vapor pressure differential we achieved on a Henderson tile job from March 2022. Off the clock, he restores vintage motorcycles and applies the same patience to both.
Diana R., Senior Mold Remediation Installer
Diana joined DryMark in 2019 with a background in hazardous materials handling and now runs our mold containment builds. She holds IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) certification and is trained in tertiary drying, the final phase of water damage restoration where hidden moisture is extracted from materials that appeared dry to standard readings. Diana is the person who explains to homeowners why we can’t just “spray and pray” on mold, and she’s the one who checks that every containment barrier passes a smoke test before demolition begins. She grew up in Las Vegas, knows which local neighborhoods built in the 1990s are hitting their polybutylene pipe failure window, and brings that context to every assessment.
James K., Service Coordinator
James answers the phones, dispatches crews, and makes sure the photo documentation from every visit is uploaded to your file before the technician drives away. He’s been with DryMark since 2020 and has heard every version of “how fast can someone actually get here,” which means he knows when to send a two-person emergency team and when to schedule a next-day assessment for a non-urgent reconstruction consult. James is the person who calls your adjuster with the initial moisture readings and the documented material classifications, so you don’t have to translate our trade vocabulary into theirs. He keeps a map of Las Vegas traffic patterns pinned above his desk and routes crews around construction delays without being asked.
Elena V., Restoration Apprentice
Elena started with us in 2023 after completing a construction technology program at College of Southern Nevada. She’s currently working toward her IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification and shadows Diana on mold containment builds and Marcus on water losses. Elena already runs the Injectidry hardwood floor drying system independently, a specialized setup that forces heated, dehumidified air through sealed floor cavities to dry subfloors without demolition. She asks more questions than anyone on the crew, which is exactly what we want from someone who’ll be writing scopes of her own within two years. She lives in Centennial Hills and has started recognizing the same floor plans across northwest Las Vegas developments.
One Standard, Every Job

The Haven Standard applies to every person on this page, and every person we hire. Clause 1 means Marcus, Diana, James, and Elena all deliver a written price before any work starts, with no scope-creep additions once the crew is inside your home. The documented photo record on every visit, the daily moisture logs produced by our Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry equipment, and the signed 365-Day Done Right Promise are not department policies. They’re individual obligations, tracked by name, on every Las Vegas job we complete.
We don’t do urgency theatre or voicemail trees. When you call (702) 483-7932, a live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you bring us a competitor’s written estimate, we’ll review it at no charge under our Free Second Opinion policy. And if something we did isn’t right, we make it right, under a signed guarantee, not a verbal assurance.
That’s the standard Alicia Brennan built this company on in 2011. It’s the standard our Las Vegas team works under today.
